1. Current product scope
DayFlow is an early-access trip-planning and execution web app. It brings itineraries, places, stays, transport, budgets, documents, and packing lists into one workspace, with selected offline features for travel days.
DayFlow does not book travel or act as an airline, accommodation provider, travel agent, insurer, or emergency service.
2. Using DayFlow responsibly
- Keep account credentials, invitation links, and public share links private.
- Only upload or enter content that you are permitted to use and share.
- Review changes made by another member of a shared account before relying on them.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
3. Travel information and third-party services
Routes, opening hours, travel times, prices, availability, weather-sensitive plans, and other third-party information can change or be incomplete. Verify critical details directly with official providers before travelling or spending money.
DayFlow is a planning tool, not a source of emergency, immigration, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
4. AI and maps
Requested AI features use Google Gemini to process entered text or relevant trip context. Mapping and place features use Google Maps and Google Places. Outputs can be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable, so they should be checked before use.
5. Paid access
The current product sends trip-pass and founder-access purchases to Stripe-hosted checkout as one-time payments. The product and checkout screen show the applicable price and access option before payment.
The project does not yet contain an owner-confirmed refund or cancellation policy. This interim page therefore makes no promise about refunds, cancellation windows, taxes, or statutory rights.
6. Offline use and availability
DayFlow stores selected trip snapshots and pending changes on the device to support offline use. Offline coverage is best effort: interactive maps, live place data, AI, payments, and new server data require a connection. Queued changes are replayed after reconnection where that workflow is supported.
As an early-access service, features and availability can change while the product is being improved.
7. Sharing and collaboration
An invited account member can work with shared trip information. A user can also create a tokenized read-only trip link. Anyone who receives an active public share link can view the information included in that snapshot until the link is revoked.
8. Details awaiting owner confirmation
The following items are intentionally not asserted because they are not established in the current project records:
- the legal operator name, registration details, postal address, and formal contact;
- the governing law, venue, dispute process, and formal notice method;
- minimum-age rules and any region-specific eligibility restrictions;
- content ownership and licence language;
- account suspension, termination, and appeal rules;
- warranty language and any limitation of liability;
- refund, cancellation, tax, and consumer-rights terms; and
- versioned acceptance and how future material changes will take effect.
Until those decisions are confirmed and reviewed, this page is a transparent early-access use summary rather than a complete commercial contract.
